At NuSuara, we are dedicated to driving progress through communication technologies. Over the years, we have built a strong foundation in speech solutions and broadband connectivity, delivering innovative products that enhance organizational efficiency and transform industries.

Our journey began with a focus on speech technologies, where our in-house R&D team developed advanced solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Malaysian and Asian markets. These innovations, including our IVR, ASR, and Virtual Receptionist solutions, have supported some of the country’s most prominent organizations, helping them improve productivity and customer engagement.

NuSuara has also played a key role in the Government’s efforts to close the digital divide in Malaysia. In partnership with Celcom, we developed and managed Community Broadband Centers (CBCs) in rural areas, bringing high-speed internet access to underserved communities. This initiative not only empowered local residents with job opportunities but also enabled us to provide vital digital literacy and training programs for all age groups, from children to senior citizens.

Although we have shifted our focus to new ventures, such as our Contractor Management System (CMS) and Aquaculture Management System (AMS), our commitment to innovation and community development remains at the core of everything we do. We believe that through the combination of IoT, AI, and our team’s expertise, NuSuara will continue to shape the future of industries and contribute to the nation’s progress.
