Langkawi Fiber Network Project
Nusuara Technologies was awarded a project by Celcom, in partnership with MCMC, to bring connectivity to the community of Langkawi. The project involved constructing 7 towers, 42 access nodes, and laying 150 kilometers of fiber optic cables along the major roads. These efforts ensure that hotels, businesses, and residents on the island have reliable access to high-speed internet. Nusuara also managed and maintained all 42 access nodes and the fiber network until April 2020.
Bahau Fiber Network Project
Under Celcom’s award for the MCMC USP initiative, Nusuara successfully built a 150km fiber optic network to link the base stations in Bahau, Negeri Sembilan. Completed in 2018, this project expanded the region’s connectivity, supporting communication across the area and ensuring that critical services had access to a robust and dependable network.
